2. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use

a) When visiting the website

When you visit our website www.minor-labora.de, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website.   • the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-disclosure of your data,
  • in the event that there is a legal obligation for disclosure pursuant to Article 6(1), first sentence, point (c), GDPR,
  • this is legally permissible and is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 (1) Sentence 1 (b) GDPR, and
  • it is necessary to carry out scientific research in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and there is no reason to assume that your legitimate interest in the exclusion of processing or use predominates.

4. Cookies

We use cookies on our website. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website. b) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

In order to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our website for you, we also use Google Conversion Tracking. A cookie (see section 4) is set by Google Adwords on your computer if you have reached our website via a Google ad.

These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. 7. Online presence on social media

We maintain online presences within social networks and platforms in order to communicate with the users active there and to inform them about our services there.

We would like to point out that users' data can be processed outside the area of the European Union. This can result in risks for users, because, for example, the enforcement of users' rights could be made more difficult.

Furthermore, the data of the users are usually processed for market research and advertising purposes. For example, user profiles can be created from the user behaviour and the resulting interests of the users. The usage profiles can in turn be used, for example, to place advertisements inside and outside the platforms, which presumably correspond to the interests of the users. We use the widely used SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method within the website visit in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. This is usually 256 bit encryption.
